2016 Edinburgh Fringe – Life of the Party and Front Line
Traveled to Scotland for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Lived and worked with Elyssa Vulpes.
It was an incredible experience to exchange with artists from all over the world.
Saw amazing work and expanded my artistic perspective. I recommend this festival to everyone.
Front Line was a one woman show with songs written by Elyssa Vulpes and Life of the Party was a three woman interactive party play with projections.

If I Ruled the World
How would it be, if Leaders walked amongst us? This is a video of “If I Ruled the World ” presented at The Albany Neighborhood Senior Center Seniors create a “World Leader Luncheon”. We met to discuss issues of power, leadership, education, health, equality, environment, and more for five months as part of my SPARC Artist Residency. I am honored and humbled by their passion, knowledge, dedication, and openness. I wish all World Leaders could have such conversations and that we as a world would listen to our Elders more. They have a lot of vision to offer. This was an opportunity to play in our imaginations and create a “better world” where voices are heard, ideas are honored, and everyone can become a World Leader.
Yana at Edinburgh Adventures in August
In Red Carpet, Mahayana Landowne unfurls the long train of her glamorous red carpet costume and invites festival goers to walk on the Red Carpet while Heather Alexa Woodfield interviews them. The duo tell the participants how fabulous they are. The interviews are filmed and projected in different locations during the festival.
